Find what is holding the grow back
We work on saving failing cannabis grows by finding the problems and the levers that can make them produce more. We start with the facility, who controls it or its license, what infrastructure exists, what is missing and what the goal is.
- Review operational issues, cultivation workflow and room-by-room operating conditions.
- Look for climate drift at night and dehumidification that falls short late in the cycle.
- Check lights-off conditions, when rooms release the most water and cooling shuts down.
- Review uneven light, irrigation that is not tuned to the room and missing daily data.

For-hire cultivation
Hire us as your cultivation team
Our team works inside your licensed facility, under your license, as your cultivation team. The harvest stays the license holder's and is sold through the license holder's own licensed channels; HYE LYF never buys, sells or brokers cannabis.

We review underused, inactive and partially built facilities, along with facilities that need an operating plan. Most stalled facilities are missing power, finished rooms, a local permit in good standing or an operator; inactive is not finished.

What does a cannabis cultivation consultant do?
A cannabis cultivation consultant reviews how a facility is planned, set up and run. HYE LYF covers cultivation workflow, environmental strategy, irrigation planning, SOP development support and operational issues. We also consult on facility readiness, cultivation layout, build-out sequencing and daily operations.
Why did my cannabis grow's output drop?
Common causes of lower output include nighttime climate drift, insufficient late-cycle dehumidification, uneven light and irrigation that does not fit the room. Missing daily data can also be part of the problem. We review operational issues and room conditions to identify what is holding the grow back.
What causes failed cannabis lab tests for mold or pesticides?

Do you repair HVAC and dehumidifiers?
No. HYE LYF does not repair or service HVAC equipment or dehumidifiers. We find the climate problem and spec the fix; licensed contractors install and service equipment. Our work includes HVAC planning support, dehumidification needs review and vendor and contractor coordination.
