What we collect

The form stores what you enter in a database hosted by Cloudflare, and our team gets a copy as a phone message so we can call you back. It collects these details:

• Name, phone and email
• City and facility type
• Lights or square feet
• A description of what is wrong
• The page you sent it from, which home page version you saw, and your browser type

How we use it

We use form information only to reply to you and follow up on that conversation. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising or marketing, including cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

Who receives it

We share form information only with the service providers that help us run the site and reach you: Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the database the form writes to, and the messaging service that delivers a copy to our team's phone. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Hosting, one cookie, no trackers

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes basic request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect it. The site sets one functional cookie, hl_v. It holds only the letter B or D, so you see the same version of the home page each time you visit, for up to 180 days. We count, in total, how many times each version is shown and how often people call, email or send the form from it. Those counts are not tied to you. No ads, no trackers, no analytics and no third-party scripts.

Your California rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you rights over your personal information. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we use it and who receives it
• Give you a copy of it
• Correct it if it is wrong
• Delete it

How to make a request

Email [email protected] or call (818) 913-4108. Tell us your name and the phone or email you used on the form, so we can find your information and confirm the request is yours. Someone you authorize can also ask for you. We reply within 45 days, as the law requires. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and the form does not ask for sensitive personal information. We will not treat you differently for using any of these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages only as long as needed for the conversation, or as required by law.
