Our team works inside your licensed facility, under your license, as your cultivation team. HYE LYF does not hold a cannabis license.

Facility-based work
We work with owners and operators of underused, inactive or partially built cannabis facilities, and facilities that need an operating plan. The work starts with what is there and what is missing. We review existing infrastructure, room readiness and equipment gaps. From there, we support launch planning, operator readiness or a restart strategy for the facility.
Your cultivation team
Cultivation-focused work
For a struggling grow, our work is finding the problems and the levers that can help it produce more. We review cultivation workflows, crop cycles, environmental strategy, irrigation and fertigation planning. Room-by-room operating considerations, SOP development support and team coordination are part of that work. The harvest stays yours, sold through your own licensed channels.
Planning and coordination
Infrastructure and setup
We support power planning coordination, lighting layout support, irrigation planning, drainage considerations and room flow. We find the climate problem and spec the fix; licensed contractors install and service equipment. We do not repair or service HVAC or dehumidifiers ourselves. For build-outs, we plan the sequence and coordinate vendors. Build-outs are done by Akopi Builders, CSLB #1112420. Our design work is cultivation layout and setup planning.

Whoever manages, directs or controls a licensed cannabis operation counts as an owner and must be disclosed to the DCC (DCC regulation 15003). These are general rules, not advice about your facility or a promise by HYE LYF.

How the conversation starts
We start with an initial conversation and an overview of the facility. We ask what the facility is, who controls it or the license, what infrastructure exists, what is missing and what the goal is. The conversation covers the license and compliance context, an infrastructure and operations review, and a discussion of next steps.

Does the license holder keep the license and the harvest?
Yes. Our team works under your license, and the harvest stays yours, sold through your own licensed channels. HYE LYF does not hold a cannabis license. HYE LYF never buys, sells or brokers cannabis.
