Management roles also carry disclosure requirements: under DCC regulation 15003, anyone who manages, directs or controls a licensed cannabis operation counts as an owner and must be disclosed to the DCC.

Yes, depending on what you need and what we agree. HYE LYF can take over the grow, the building, the operations, or the licensed business itself. Taking over the licensed business goes through the state's change-of-ownership process. State ownership rules are followed where they apply. The first walkthrough is free.

HYE LYF does not hold a cannabis license. We provide for-hire cultivation and consulting, with our cultivation team working under the client's license. The harvest stays the license holder's. HYE LYF never buys, sells or brokers cannabis.
